Staging for Vacation Rentals

Staging can be used for other applications other than home sales.

We recently assisted clients with staging their home.  They were not selling, but wanting to list their home on a house exchange site.

This is a site where home owners are looking for a trade of accommodation while on vacation.

The process involved a bit of de cluttering, effective furniture placements, and arranging items for a professional photo shoot.

We also made recommendations for additional accessories, decorative cushions, towels, and other items to help show case their home.  Shopping services were also provided to our clients.

 

Fees

For the Staging Consultation and Smaller Staging Projects the fees are based on an hourly rate. This option is perfect if you are looking for a smaller scope of services and are completing some of the work yourself.

For Full- Service Staging, larger projects & packages, and Vacant Home Staging we provide an estimate of the project cost for your approval.  This option works well for those of you who have larger projects and are looking for more in-depth assistance.

 

Staging Packages

For those of you who require a larger scope of services.  These packages are available for both Occupied and Vacant Home Staging.

Full-Service Staging

Full-service Staging for those of you who have a busy schedule, cannot find the time, or simply prefer to have a professional prepare your home for sale.

This service includes:  the Staging consultation, a meeting with you to review and approve our recommendations, assisting with arranging for the work to be done, and redesign/set up of your home so it is “show ready” for the web listing and to go onto the market.

 

Staging and Organizing for Absentee Owners

Perhaps you are unable to deal with the sale of your home on your own due to personal circumstances or your location. Many of you may be faced with selling your parent’s home due to a move into a senior’s complex or perhaps you have a loved one who has passed away.

Selling under these circumstance can be very stressful, particularly if you do not live in or near the home.

With this option, we offer Home Staging combined with Professional Organizing services – all bundled into one package to alleviate the stress of preparing the home for sale.  This option can also assist you to sell a home while living in a different location. You are involved through all steps of the process.

The Staging consultation is completed, you receive a written plan for approval, and you review and approve the recommendations you feel comfortable with completing. We assist with arranging for the work to be done, will ensure you receive periodic updates, and will work with your agent to ensure their advice and recommendations are taken into account. The redesign is completed to ensure the home appeals to the widest selection of perspective buyers.
