A quote, for services, is provided for staging of vacant homes.
Every home is different, and the cost is determined by the number of rooms to be staged, furniture required, and accessories that will be used.
An initial meeting is set up with you to view the home and discuss the process to stage your home. This is a complimentary consultation.
A quote is provided so you know exactly what you will be spending. The quote includes costs for arranging for furniture rental, staging set-up, and take-down when the home sells.
Home Staging – Occupied
Occupied Home Staging services consist of two, in-home consultations.
The first consultation includes a walk-through, with you, of your home.
Recommendations are made to help you to prepare your home for sale.
You are provided with a customized, staging checklist to assist you to prepare your home for sale.
Home Staging – Occupied
The second consultation is where the final touches are made to the set up of your home.
Placement of accessories, furniture set-up, artwork choices, and other items are completed to stage your home for sale.
Your home is set up to present at its best, to go onto the market, and to be “show ready” for viewings and the web listing.
The staging fees are based on an hourly rate. In most cases, it takes three to four hours to complete both staging consultations.
The number of hours can change depending on the size of the home, number of rooms, and scope of the project.
Interior Decorating, Redesign, Moving In, and Professional Organizing.
Services for Interior Decorating, Redesign, Moving-In, and Professional Organizing can be customized to meet your project and budget levels.
Clients are often looking for a one-time consultation to help with starting their project and prefer to complete the work themselves. An occasional consultation throughout the process and follow-up visits to tweak the final product.
Other clients are looking for additional guidance and more in-depth assistance with their project. A more hands-on approach from us with more frequent and lengthy consultations to help complete their vision.
The fee for these services is based on an hourly rate. A quote may be provided for larger projects depending on the level of assistance needed and size of the project.
